Video games become more popular than home and gardening ...

Well, if you?re basing this on magazine circulation, video games are more popular than home & gardening, babes, family, and sports. Game Informer, a publication by GameStop, has become the 3rd biggest magazine in the U.S. It grew 37 per cent compared to last year, circulating around 8.2 million copies. Better Homes And Gardens, Reader?s Digest and Good Housekeeping are trailing behind, with Sports Illustrated and Maxim being further down the list.

A factor for the jump in circulation is that Game Informer subscribers get a GameStop PowerUp Rewards Pro card for free (regular price is $14.99).

I?m pretty sure home and gardening enthusiasts and gamers can get along. They did making Gardening Mama after all.
